In terms of my writing career, 2014 was incredible. Four of my six books became bestsellers and now I'm transitioning into screenwriting and filmmaking in hopes of sharing my story and message of hope through a new medium. I was thinking back to all the episodes of 'Murder She Wrote' that I have watched (I still watch them all the time with my DVD set). One in particular stood out for me. It was an episode where Angela travels to San Francisco for her niece's wedding and finds herself in the midst of a Whodunit. In one scene she is approached by an entertainment agent who asks her if she has representation on the West Coast and mentions her credits of 'six bestsellers and a movie deal'. I can't tell you how many times I've watched this episode, but now I'm thinking that THAT particular line must have engrained in my subconscious mind for own career. For here I am now with FOUR bestsellers and working on my first script. Who would have thunk it?
I love watching my dreams manifest and then looking back at how I most certainly had a hand in creating the pieces of the puzzle that would all come together in alignment for the magic to happen. I have BIG dreams for 2015 - writing the sequel to Serendipity with my next book, PEARL, and also writing the documentary to go along with it. Also, writing the screenplay for 'Tuesday in Paris', which I'm equally as excited for.
So what are YOUR dreams for this beautiful year ahead of us? What magic do you want to create in your life, and what steps are you prepared to take to see it manifest? I often think of a phrase Bob Proctor would say - "If you can hold it in your head, you can hold it in your hand". I do believe this and I'm so excited to see what I can create next.
Happy New Year Everyone! Let's make 2015 the BEST year YET!
